Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in the house
- There are designated smoking areas on the rooftop terrace where guests can smoke

Parking:
- Max 2 cars are allowed, an extra car can be allowed if requested
- Be mindful of other cars and all exits/entries/amenities close to where you park

Swimming pool, Gym, Playground, Clubhouse, Balcony, and other open areas
- You are responsible for your safety, mind the children
- Please use the pool only between 7 am and 7 pm

Security
- Always keep the lockbox code scrambled
- There is adequate security in the building and an area is generally a safe place

Events:
- no parties in the house
- events must, strictly, be booked in advance
- events must NOT be held in the house, the clubhouse shall be provided upon booking of the event
- the clubhouse is subject to availability as it is a shared resource
- any extra guests in the house will be charged as per the booking rules
- extra guests in the clubhouse for a booked event will not be charged
- You are responsible for your guests, be mindful of other tenants while entertaining
- The space allows a maximum of 5 extra guests for events
